Our Company Values

Louann Worobel
Owner and Consultant

I established my first bookkeeping business in 2014 working alongside other entrepreneurs in pursuit of their respective industries and passions. As an avid learner, I quickly evolved into advisory services for many facets of business. We meet a need for exceptional operational support by utilizing patience, perseverance, planning, and accuracy so your business can achieve its goals.

At Cascadia Finance and Operations Guidance, LLC we free up owners to pursue their vision. Whether you desire a life/work balance and breaking free of corporate life or your dreams are taking a startup or established company to a greater scale, we are here to help.

When I’m not working with my clients, I am often at a dinner with them. I also mentor and train talented individuals interested in financial operations, as it intersects with technology, human resources, executive education, and more.

I am an avid amateur gardener. I grow and nurture, plants, animals, people as well as businesses.

Lori Brown-Schroeder
Lead Bookkeeper and Executive Support

Growing up in the Chicago area, her strong work ethic developed at a young age. Lori received her BS at the University of Tulsa in psychology and business. Upon returning to Chicago after graduation, Lori developed her success in finance working in corporate environments.

After years of working directly for the CFO, her entrepreneurial spirit took over and Lori moved to Northwest Montana where she opened her first retail store. With the success of that store, she opened a second location in the neighboring town and maintained the financial ledgers, inventory levels, and payroll for both locations, all while enjoying wonderful relationships with her customers.

Lori returned to the finance world as a full-charge bookkeeper, eventually finding her place with Cascadia Finance and Operations Guidance, LLC. She has a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and an eagerness to continue to learn. She enjoys facilitating the efficiency of daily business operations and supporting the people who pour their hearts and souls into the success of their companies.
